Open Bookleap settings and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that purchased Premium.
Check your internet connection, confirm you are signed in, update Bookleap, then reopen the app and try syncing again.
Use export before switching devices or resetting the app. If an import fails, keep the original file and contact support with the error details.
If books, notes, quotes, or sessions look missing, first verify the selected account and wait for sync to finish before creating duplicate data.
